What People Are Saying:

Head Women's Rowing Coach, Williams College

What I learned in this program helped me see that my body and its signals are a tool I can use to navigate myself out of difficult, complex, high-stress decisions or situations. Miranda's tools consistently help me get grounded in my body and enable me to discern what is the next right thing for me in any given moment. This group provided a network of support and the community aspect helped deepen my own learning. I would highly recommend this!"

One of the most valuable aspects [of this program] was getting in touch with my body and feeling exactly where my stress was coming from. [It really helped me to] take a few moments to channel my breathing and close my eyes to feel what my body was telling me. I still do this exercise when I feel stressed.
